Stereotypical

Before we go down to the bottom line of this, let's learn the real meaning of stereotype.

Here are some opinions of some of my pals whom I asked on their definition of "stereotype"

The Big Chick

Putting people into groups, different groups.

A-nony-mous

A bias or preconceived idea about a person or a group of person.

Sarah Brisco

A stereotypical  thingamajig.

Johanna Casia

A stereo that types.

Ria

Something that others characterize certain races in that is offending.

Now, since there are lot's of definition that I got, I only took some that were the first one to be said. And now, let's cut to the chase. My turn, as many people say.

Segregation, being biased, individual characterization, that's how it goes in this world. Where most people consider their selves as perfect enough to judge. I think the best example for a place with this kind of situation is the school.

First scenario: Coolness range

Popular kids- they're often times, known as the coolest of them all, the "perfect" people!

Cheerleaders- I think some of them can be considered as part of the popular kids. since they're often seen on cheering competition, basketball games, football games, etc., and a few pep rally, there's a humongous chance that they would be pretty much well-known.

Jocks- Same ranking as the cheerleaders. Often seen every game, except Math-Olympics, Battle of the Brains, and Chess games.

Bullies- Popular to the generic type of students, nerds & geeks. They can be also the cheaters of the room. Popular because they always have the capabilities to beat you up and pick on you.

Nerds- Some of them are the "teacher's pet". You'll see them often carrying books, or with glasses and talking about some schtuffs that are quite smart. Often being bullied, they often go home with bruises or out of lunch money.

The Generics- The mass students of the school. They are what the call the "commoners". Often unknown and often forgotten easily like a bubble that pops in a split second.

Now, another scenario that is also well-known in this planet.

Second scenario: Race

White- I think just saying it explains everything. But I'm not saying all of them are jerks or something. NO! I have lots of white friends that aren't jerks or morons that would treat me wrong.

Black- The gangsters (Not to offend anyone). I think they are quite musical in many ways. Many artists nowadays are black people. And I don't think I need to give examples for it.

Asians- The "Chinks", "Gooks", "Japs", etc. that I don't want to spit out. Always underestimated by other according to the "size" (If you wanna know about it, chat with me on anywhere I'm available). Considered by others to be the "lowest form of people". (OUCH!) P.S.: Arabs, Indians, Some Russians, are Asians. Remember that kids!

[Note: If some ideas or opinions are sensitive or plain wrong, never hesitate to tell it to me, OK??]

Now, enough with the scenarios. Time for point.

From the time I started wandering around the world of net, I've been encountering so many stuffs like how they see these type of people, or how they think about 'em. One of which is when I started downloading the app on my iPod, Chat Lobby. Since I'm Asian and a teen, my first impulses are going to the Teens room and the Asian room. The Teens room, doesn't seem to care to anyone but their selves. That room is always filled with people yearning for their sexual needs. It's an automatic rejection. Then I started heading to the Asian room. I was welcomed openly, and not ignored. In that room, different types of people are there. Randomness has always been the key to start a topic in that room. And now, many people in that room are some what my friends now. We got closer to each other despite the fact that it's only an online chat, and we always stick together against the "trolls",haters, and pedos. Bottom line of this, there is no stereotypical views when it comes to friendship.
